Description

The radiotelephony operator’s license RTR (Aeronautical) is a mandatory requirement for the use of communication equipments in an aircraft.Beside the pilots,as it will be an integral part of a flight dispatcher,we at FAA are giving the guidance for clearing the RTR (A) examinations. The WIRELESS PLANNING & COORDINATION (WPC) Wing of the Ministry of Communications, created in 1952, is the National Radio Regulatory Authority responsible for conducting and issueing license for the Radio telephony operators.

  • A guide to successful communication between ATC and the pilot. A flight dispatcher being PILOT –ON –GROUND is also responsible same as a pilot in flight about the use of RT.
