Privacy & Policy

✔ The student hereby undertakes to accept and agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions as specified herein, along with all other terms and conditions detailed in the prospectus, application form, student guidelines, and rules and regulations of the Academy. By signing this document, the student confirms having read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
✔ The student has reviewed the prospectus and course content and is fully satisfied with the same. The Academy, however, reserves the right to amend, modify, or alter the course content, structure, or schedule at any stage of the course. The student shall have no claim or grievance arising from such changes.
✔ Upon registration, the student confirms that a seat has been reserved for them, preventing allocation to another candidate. As this reservation entails fixed costs for the Academy, the student acknowledges that no fees will be refunded under any circumstances, including withdrawal or discontinuation of the course for any reason.
✔ At the time of registration, the Academy holds valid affiliations with the respective University or Institute, which acts as the awarding body. The student has registered after reviewing and being satisfied with all relevant details. The Academy bears no liability for any changes or issues arising with the affiliated body post-registration.
✔ The course offered is subject to prevailing government policies (local, state, and central) and regulatory conditions. Any disruption or discontinuation of the course due to unforeseen
circumstances, including but not limited to industrial actions, government directives, natural disasters, or force majeure events, shall not entitle the student to a fee refund or compensation of any kind.
✔ The student has approached the Academy for admission at the designated location as specified in the prospectus. Unless the venue is officially changed, the education will be
imparted at the same location. The student agrees that in case of disputes, only courts in Chennai shall have jurisdiction.
✔ While the Academy intends to operate from the current venue throughout the course duration, it reserves the right to relocate to another facility. If the new venue exceeds a radius of 50 kilometers from the original location and the student chooses not to continue, they will be entitled to a pro-rata refund of the remaining course fee. No refund will be provided for the period during which the student has already attended classes.
✔ In case of violations, indiscipline, or inadequate attendance, the Academy reserves the right to take corrective actions, including suspension, rustication, or requiring the student to repeat the academic year. These decisions will be made by the Location Head or any authorized official.
✔ The student must attend a minimum of 75% of lectures to be eligible for exams. Failure to meet this attendance requirement will disqualify the student from appearing in the examination. The student must maintain discipline and conduct themselves respectfully within and around campus premises.
✔ The student acknowledges that only commitments made in the official brochure, prospectus, or through authorized communication from the Academy’s management are binding. Any verbal commitments or claims by marketing personnel, counselors, or other individuals are not the responsibility of the Academy’s management.
✔ The student confirms that they meet the eligibility criteria of being at least 12th passed with a minimum of 45%-50% marks or holding a graduate degree from a recognized university.
✔Any offers, gift products, or industrial visits in airports, whether domestic or foreign, are subject to change at any time depending on the requirements, laws, and policies of the airline
or airport company. The academy does not guarantee the availability of any offers, gift products, or industrial visits in airports, and such arrangements may be subject to cancellation or modification without prior notice. Students who participate in any offers, gift products, or industrial visits in airports do so at their own risk and should comply with all applicable laws,
regulations, and policies. The academy is not responsible for any loss, damage, injury, or harm caused to students or their property during their participation in any offers, gift products, or industrial visits in airports. Any costs associated with participation in any offers, gift products, or industrial visits in airports are the sole responsibility of the student, and the academy shall not be liable for any expenses incurred. The academy reserves the right to cancel or modify any offers, gift products, or industrial visits in airports at any time without prior notice.
✔ Students are solely responsible for finding their own accommodation and hostel arrangements and should make sure to arrange for safe and suitable living arrangements. The academy does not provide or endorse any specific accommodation or hostel options and does not guarantee the quality, safety, or suitability of any such arrangements. The academy is not liable for any personal injury, loss, damage, or harm caused to students or their property during their stay in any accommodation or hostel, whether arranged by the academy or not. The academy will not be held responsible for any disputes or issues arising from accommodation or hostel arrangements made by students.

Placement Assistance Rules & Regulations:-

✔ The Academy shall not be held responsible for the student’s performance in any examination, interview, job, extracurricular activities, or related endeavors. Additionally, the Academy is not liable for any delay or lapse in the conduct of examinations by the awarding body. While the Academy strives to support students in securing interviews and career opportunities, it does not guarantee job placement of any nature. The Academy will make every effort to arrange interviews for students who express interest, meet the necessary qualifications, pass all required examinations, and have been awarded the relevant certificate, diploma, or degree by the awarding body. Recruitment outcomes depend solely on the student’s performance during such interviews. The Academy shall bear no responsibility or liability regarding the hiring decision made by prospective employers. Placement assistance will be provided to trainees nearing course completion who meet the Academy’s eligibility criteria.
✔ If a trainee declines a job offer, negating the placement department’s efforts, they will no longer be eligible for further placement assistance. Placement opportunities are limited to a
maximum of two interviews organized by the Academy for the service industry. Eligibility for placement assistance is contingent upon fulfilling the following conditions:-
1. Attendance Requirement: The trainee must maintain a minimum attendance of 85% or higher.
2. Placement Location: Opportunities may be provided at organizations approved by the Academy, at locations across India or overseas.
3. Assessment Compliance: Candidates must complete the Personal Assessment Forms, which evaluate their capabilities and preferences over the course term in alignment with
industry parameters.
