General Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting the admission application and completing the registration process, the student acknowledges that they have carefully read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms & Conditions, the Admission Form, Fee Policy, Student Handbook, Code of Conduct, Placement Assistance Policy, and all other official rules, regulations, and policies issued by Fly Air Aviation Academy from time to time.

2. Course Structure and Academic Policies

The student confirms that they have reviewed the course details, eligibility requirements, and admission guidelines before enrolling. The Academy reserves the right to revise, update, modify, improve, or restructure the curriculum, course content, training methodology, assessment pattern, schedules, faculty, facilities, certification process, or academic policies whenever necessary to maintain educational standards, comply with regulatory requirements, or meet industry developments.

Such revisions shall not constitute grounds for cancellation of admission, refund of fees, or any claim against the Academy.

3. Admission and Fee Policy

Admission shall be confirmed only after verification of eligibility documents and receipt of the prescribed fees.

All fees paid to the Academy, including but not limited to registration fees, admission fees, tuition fees, examination fees, training fees, and any other charges, are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable, irrespective of withdrawal, cancellation, non-attendance, discontinuation of studies, change of personal circumstances, failure to complete the course, or any other reason.

Notice: Students are advised to carefully review the course details, eligibility criteria, fee structure, and Academy policies before making any payment.

4. Affiliation and Certification

At the time of admission, the Academy shall maintain the necessary affiliations, collaborations, approvals, or academic arrangements applicable to the respective programme wherever required.

The Academy reserves the right to renew, modify, replace, discontinue, or change any affiliation, awarding body, certification partner, examination authority, or academic collaboration in accordance with applicable regulations and operational requirements.

5. Force Majeure

The Academy shall not be held responsible for any delay, suspension, postponement, interruption, or cancellation of classes, examinations, practical sessions, industrial visits, training programmes, or academic activities resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to Government orders, regulatory changes, natural disasters, epidemics, pandemics, civil disturbances, strikes, technical failures, public emergencies, or any other force majeure event.

In such situations, the Academy may revise schedules, teaching methods, examination schedules, or other academic arrangements as deemed appropriate.

6. Campus Location

Training shall normally be conducted at the Academy campus communicated during admission.

However, the Academy reserves the right to relocate, expand, consolidate, or conduct classes at another approved campus or training location whenever necessary for academic, operational, or administrative reasons.

7. Student Discipline

Students shall maintain discipline, professionalism, respectful behaviour, and proper conduct throughout the duration of the course.

The Academy reserves the right to issue warnings, suspend, restrict participation, withhold examination eligibility, or discontinue the admission of any student found guilty of misconduct, indiscipline, academic malpractice, violation of Academy policies, unlawful activities, or behaviour that adversely affects the Academy, its staff, students, or reputation.

8. Attendance

Students are required to maintain a minimum attendance of 85% or such attendance requirement as may be prescribed by the Academy, the awarding body, or any applicable regulatory authority for the respective course.

Failure to maintain the required attendance may result in the student being ineligible to appear for examinations, practical training, assessments, certification, placement assistance, or other academic activities, as determined by the Academy or the awarding body.

9. Official Communications

Only written communications, admission documents, official brochures, policies, notifications, circulars, emails, or announcements issued by the Academy shall be considered valid and binding.

Students should not rely upon verbal assurances or unofficial representations unless confirmed in writing by the Academy.

10. Eligibility and Documents

Eligibility requirements vary depending on the programme selected.

Students must satisfy the prescribed eligibility criteria and submit complete, genuine, and accurate documents during admission.

If any information or document is found to be false, misleading, forged, or incomplete, the Academy reserves the right to reject or cancel the admission without any liability.

11. Industrial Visits, Educational Tours and Promotional Activities

Industrial visits, airport visits, educational tours, guest lectures, workshops, promotional offers, scholarships, gifts, or similar activities are subject to operational feasibility, regulatory approvals, availability, airline or airport policies, and other external factors.

The Academy reserves the right to modify, postpone, substitute, or cancel any such activity without prior notice.

Participation in such activities shall always remain subject to applicable laws, safety requirements, and institutional guidelines.

12. Accommodation

Unless specifically stated otherwise in writing, the Academy does not own, operate, manage, or guarantee hostel or accommodation facilities.

Students are solely responsible for arranging suitable accommodation and complying with the rules of their respective accommodation providers.

13. Placement Assistance Policy

Fly Air Aviation Academy provides career guidance and placement assistance to eligible students.

Placement assistance may include career guidance, employer interactions, interview opportunities, recruitment drives, and placement support whenever available.

Employment decisions are made solely by recruiting organizations based on their recruitment policies, eligibility criteria, vacancies, interview performance, medical fitness, background verification, and other requirements.

Accordingly, the Academy does not guarantee employment, salary, job designation, employer selection, interview calls, or placement within any specific period.

Students seeking placement assistance should:

  • Maintain a minimum attendance of 85%.
  • Successfully complete the prescribed course and assessments.
  • Maintain satisfactory academic performance and professional conduct.
  • Submit all required placement documents.
  • Be willing to attend interviews at locations assigned by recruiting organizations.

Placement assistance shall be provided in accordance with the Academy's placement policy applicable at the relevant time.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, the Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

15. Student Responsibilities

Students shall:

  • Follow all academic and administrative regulations.
  • Respect faculty members, staff, and fellow students.
  • Maintain proper discipline and professional behaviour.
  • Wear the prescribed uniform wherever applicable.
  • Protect Academy property and equipment.
  • Comply with examination rules and assessment procedures.
  • Inform the Academy of any changes to contact details or submitted documents.

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India.

Any dispute arising out of admission or training shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts where the registered office of Fly Air Aviation Academy is situated, unless otherwise required under applicable law.

17. Policy Amendments

The Academy reserves the right to revise, amend, update, or modify these Terms & Conditions, academic policies, fee policies, administrative procedures, or institutional regulations from time to time.

The latest version published by the Academy shall apply prospectively.

Placement Assistance Rules

  • Placement assistance is provided only to eligible students who successfully complete the course and satisfy the Academy's academic and professional standards.
  • Placement assistance is intended to support students through career guidance, interview opportunities, employer interactions, and recruitment assistance. It shall not be interpreted as a guarantee of employment.
  • Students must maintain a minimum attendance of 85% and satisfactory academic performance to be considered for placement assistance.
  • Students shall maintain professional conduct, appropriate grooming, and behaviour during interviews and recruitment activities.
  • Placement opportunities may be available anywhere in India or internationally, depending upon employer requirements and student eligibility.
  • The Academy reserves the right to determine eligibility for placement assistance based on attendance, academic performance, discipline, documentation, and employer requirements.
  • Final recruitment decisions are made exclusively by the recruiting organization. The Academy has no control over selection, salary, job role, work location, employment terms, or career progression.

Student Declaration

  • I hereby declare that all the information and documents submitted by me are true, complete, and accurate.
  • I confirm that I have carefully read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions, the Fee Policy, Placement Assistance Policy, Student Code of Conduct, and all other admission policies of Fly Air Aviation Academy.
  • I agree to comply with all academic, administrative, disciplinary, examination, and institutional rules throughout the duration of my course.
  • I understand and acknowledge that all fees paid to the Academy are non-refundable and non-transferable in accordance with the Academy's Fee Policy.
  • I further understand that placement assistance is provided subject to eligibility and availability and does not constitute a guarantee of employment.
